Who we are, what we are and are not, what we are certified against, and where every policy lives.

Regulatory position

Laitusneo is a technology service provider. We build and operate software — payments, cash management, onboarding, secure storage and enterprise systems — for banks, non-banking financial companies, payment aggregators and merchants.

Laitusneo is not a bank and does not accept deposits. It does not lend, and it does not offer investment, insurance or advisory products. Where one of our products is used to move money, the money moves through a bank or a payment system participant authorised by the Reserve Bank of India, and that entity remains responsible to you and to the RBI for the payment. Unless a specific product page or a signed agreement says otherwise, we do not hold customer funds.

Certifications and memberships

The marks displayed on this site reflect the following, each of which is subject to periodic re-audit:

  • ISO 27001 — certified information security management system.
  • SOC 2 — compliant.
  • PCI DSS — certified, for the systems that handle card data.
  • GDPR — compliant, for personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area.
  • NPCI — National Payments Corporation of India.
  • FIU-IND — Financial Intelligence Unit – India.

Where payment data is stored

Payment system data handled by the products we operate is stored in India, as the Reserve Bank of India's circular of 6 April 2018 requires. The detail is in our information security and data storage policy.

Complaints

Complaints are handled by our Grievance Officer and, on escalation, our Nodal Officer, both reachable at info@laitusneo.com and by post at the registered office. The timelines, the escalation steps and the route to the Reserve Bank of India's Ombudsman are set out in the grievance redressal policy.
