This policy covers personal data collected through this website. Data processed inside our products on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us, not by this page.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. There are two:

• The enquiry form: your name, work email address, company, industry, area of interest and the message you write. All of it is optional except your name, email address and message — the rest is there so we can route your enquiry to the right person.
• The newsletter form: your email address, and nothing else.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, we do not track you across other sites, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers — because we do not have it to sell.

Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Why we process it

Enquiry data is processed so we can reply to you and, if it goes further, discuss and deliver work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and — once a project begins — the performance of a contract.

Newsletter data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by subscribing and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

If you want your data deleted sooner, ask — see “Your rights” below. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

Who else sees it

Our own team, and the service providers that host this site and deliver our email. Those providers process the data on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not transfer your data to anyone else for their own purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing it. You can also ask for it in a portable format.

Write to info@laitusneo.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. As a company we are ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, and the same security practices that cover our products cover the data submitted through this website.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date on it. Material changes to how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
